Change 4 Change Shoebox Gift Drive

 

 

Dear families,

 

The Change 4 Change club has been hard at work organizing a Shoebox drive which sends gift-filled shoeboxes to Indigenous students in the James Bay area. The charity is “I Love First Peoples” (https://www.ilovefirstpeoples.ca/).  Students are encouraged to bring in new, durable items that will pack easily into a shoebox. Some examples could include:

 

Finger paint

Modelling clay

Colour books

Stickers

Sketch Pads

Gel pens

Sharpies

Gloves

Fun Socks

Sunglasses

Hair accessories

Flashlight

Tambourine

 

 

This campaign will run from Tuesday, December 5th to Thursday, December 14th. Students can drop off items in the classrooms each morning and they will be collected by the Change 4 Change team.
